The UAE positions itself as a fintech hub; FiNext conference returned to Dubai for its sixth edition

The UAE is positioning itself as the hub of fintech, attracting investors, entrepreneurs, and foreign players. Known for its startup-friendly ecosystem and forward-thinking environment, the Middle Eastern nation is an ideal destination that connects innovators. 

Making great use of this dynamic environment, technology firm InternetShine Technologies has been holding its fintech event – FiNext Conference in Dubai for the past two years. Now, it’s returned to the city for its sixth edition, bringing together fintech industry leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and other professionals.

All about the conference

The FiNext Conference and Awards positions itself as a great event for interaction, thought exchange, and networking. 

Hosted by InternetShine and sponsored by CoorB, the two-day conference featured talks, keynotes, and discussions on pressing subjects in the finance, banking, and technology sectors. It aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, partnership, and learning among entrepreneurs, professionals, and other industry enthusiasts. 

The event also presents various awards including to the companies and individuals whose industry performance stood out and created a positive impact in the traditional finance or fintech sector. 

The conference took place at the Crowne Plaza Dubai, Deira – on February 28th and 29th, 2024. Business leaders, SMEs, startups, and industry experts from around the world got together at the global fintech hub.

In addition to the FiNext Conference, InternetShine Technologies has chosen Dubai to organize two more events for the agriculture and real estate industries – the AgriNext and PropNext Conferences respectively. The events are scheduled for later in the year, on the 13th-14th of November.
